Good Morning everyone,


I had today's blog post all planned out and ready to post today, but we got some sad news from our family. So I thought that I would change direction in hopes of sharing these tips, may help another person(s) who is going through some sad, or overwhelming, or anxious times.

So below are some DIY recipes, and other essential oils you can use when you're feeling sad, overwhelmed, or anxious to help support you through these times. You can use these as tools to help aid you and use in combination with self care: walks, massage therapy, talk with friends, a visit to your doctor, dipping your toes in the ocean.....


Consoling Diffuse Blend:

- 4 drops of Wild Orange

- 4 drops of Ylang Ylang

- 2 drops of Cedarwood

- 1 drop of Sandalwood


Topical Application:

Add 1 drop of each on the back of the neck, spine, and bottoms of your feet:

- Roman Chamomile

- Lavender

- Vetiver


Other Additional Essential Oils For Support:

- Frankinsense

- Rose

- Sandalwood

- Magnolia

- Grounding Blend (ie) doTerra's Balance blend
